How to manipulate darkness/shadow?
The first step to mastering dark/shadow manipulation is the basic practice:Create and manipulate a shadow.

1. Aura of Darkness
Learning this skill is essential for practitioners. It has the same principle as manipulating light particles to darken a room, but now you get dark. This ability is used to hide the practitioner's presence, resulting in a very useful power to protect oneself.
Step one:First you need to close your eyes to properly focus and sharpen your eyesfeeling of energyup to max. Before that you can start practicing it with both eyes open. Focus on the light as particles covering your body, such as water or clothing, can be removed. Visualize the energy in your body coming out of your portals located in your head, torso, forehead, hands and ankles.
